Session Fees
We believe in being transparent about our fees for our sessions as far as possible, so you can make the best decision for your care.
Each session of 50 minutes is 500 sr for psychotherapy.
Other tailored packages are available should clients need a higher level of care. Treating conditions such as trauma and OCD often require different scheduling options.
How to Purchase Sessions
If you are in Saudi Arabia, you may purchase sessions by sending the appropriate session fee to:

Please note the policy on cancellations, refunds, and no-shows for sessions.
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations / Refunds are not accepted. Please use your reschedule link in your email confirmation to reschedule your appointment. Reschedules need to be done at least 24 hours in advance.
If clients are more than 15 minutes late for session, the session will be marked as missed. Missed appointments are not refunded or rescheduled.
Intake forms (by law) must be completed before we meet in session. A valid driving license or state-issued ID must be available to verify identity at the time of the intake session.
If the intake forms are not completed, your appointment will be moved automatically to the next week. If the forms are still incomplete, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling
A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule. The notice needs to be given during business hours. If a client does not reschedule an appointment on time and also doesn’t show up for your appointment, the session fee will not be rescheduled, and a new appointment must be made.
Clients are given a grace period of 15 minutes to meet for the appointment otherwise the session will be marked as a no-show, and a new appointment will need to be made and paid for. It’s kindly requested to offer the threapist 15 minutes grace as well to meet you for your appointment. Every effort is made to be on time for your appointment, but sometimes clients have crises and emergency needs that have to be managed. Every effort to will be made to work with you.
Are Males Seen
I can absolutely appreciate the need for access to healthcare for men; however, this practice focuses exclusively on the needs of women. Male (or anyone else) should not appear in the sessions or in the room while clients are undergoing therapy. This is so that clients can have a safe space to freely speak about their struggles.
Insurance
Insurance is not accepted.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality means that information about you is never released to others without your written permission. Everything said in therapy is confidential and will not be disclosed except when reporting is required or permitted by the HIPAA Privacy, Federal, State, and Country. Exceptions to confidentiality include the following:
- suspected abuse of a child, developmentally disabled person, or dependent adult
- potential suicidal behavior
- threatened harm to another, which includes knowledge that the client has HIV when there is an unwillingness to inform individuals with whom the client is intimately involved
- when required by a compulsory process such as by orders signed by a judge. Client notes are kept brief and do not include sensitive information except where absolutely necessary.
Languages
Dr. Aisha is a native English speaker. If you’d like to work with her, it is necessary to be able to converse in English. While she has a working knowledge of other languages, the level of depth would not be enough to provide care in any other language than English.
